Beginner

Our beginner sessions are the perfect starting point for anyone new to fitness or returning after a break. You’ll learn the fundamentals at a comfortable pace, with expert instructors guiding you through each movement to ensure proper technique and build your confidence.

 

Sessions are interactive, supportive, and tailored to help you progress without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll train alongside others at a similar level, creating a sense of community and encouragement as you work toward your goals. With plenty of opportunities to ask questions and receive personalised feedback, you’ll feel supported every step of the way — all for just $35 per session.

HIIT

Our HIIT sessions are designed for those looking to push their limits and boost fitness fast. Each class combines intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods, helping you build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness efficiently.

Led by expert instructors, sessions are challenging yet scalable to suit different fitness levels. You’ll train alongside a motivated group, receiving guidance and support to ensure proper form and maximise results.  For just $40 per session, you'll get a variety and expert coaching, every session keeps you engaged and moving toward your goals.

Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning sessions are designed to build a strong foundation of power, endurance, and overall fitness. Each class blends resistance training with functional movements to help you develop strength, improve athletic performance, and increase resilience. ​

 

Led by expert instructors, sessions are structured yet adaptable for all fitness levels. You’ll train in a supportive group environment with guidance to ensure safe technique and maximum results. For just $40 per session, you’ll benefit from expert coaching, structured programming, and the motivation to keep progressing every week.

Cardio

Our Cardio sessions are designed to boost endurance, stamina, and overall cardiovascular health. Each class combines steady-state and interval-style training to help you improve fitness, burn calories, and build lasting energy.

Full Body Circuit

Our Full Body sessions are designed to strengthen, tone, and energize your entire body. Each class combines functional strength training with dynamic movements to target all major muscle groups, improve balance, and boost overall fitness.

Packages

We’ve organised our five class types into two categories: 45-minute sessions and 60-minute sessions.

  • 45-Minute Classes: Beginner and Cardio
    • 10-Pack – $350
    • 5-Pack – $175

  • 60-Minute Classes: Strength & Conditioning, HIIT, and Full Body
    • 10-Pack – $400
    • 5-Pack – $200

This flexible structure allows you to mix and match sessions to suit your fitness goals and schedule.
